Cardholder above acknowledges the transaction in the amounts specified above with Ewing's Mobile DJ Service and requests his or her bank release these funds to the merchant processing bank in order to credit the merchant for any chargeback dispute on this item. Cardholder agrees that it is the intent of cardholder for merchant to be paid the above amount(s). Cardholder authorizes merchant to collect the above installment(s) by submitting any number and amount of transactions such that the total due according to the above schedule is collected by merchant.
Any credit request will require authorization, and are solely at the discretion of Ewing's Mobile DJ Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
